ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 broiler fryer chicken (about 3 lb.), cut up
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 - 1 c. half and half
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine butter and lemon juice. Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture. Combine spaghetti sauce mix and bread crumbs; coat chicken pieces with mixture. Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Pour half and half around and between chicken pieces. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender. Top with cheese and bake 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
