SCALLOPED PORK AND POTATOES 
Potatoes (1 potato per person)
Onions (2 to 3)
Cream of mushroom soup
Cream of celery soup
Pork chops (2 per person)

Layer in casserole, sliced potatoes, sliced onions and pork chops; season. Use cream of mushroom and celery soup or 2 of either one and pour over top. Layer all ingredients in casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
