SCALLOPED POTATOES AND PORK
CHOPS
 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
6 med. potatoes, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown in frying pan. Remove from pan. Melt butter, add flour and blend well. Add milk slowly, cook until thick, stirring constantly. Alternately place potatoes, onions, cream sauce, and chops in greased casserole. Cover, bake 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees until tender. Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
