PORK CHOPS AND SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
4 med. potatoes, sliced
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Alternate layers of sliced potatoes and cracker crumbs in a 2 quart baking dish. Add milk and sprinkle on grated cheese. Arrange pork chops on top. Add seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes and meat are thoroughly cooked.
