SCALLOPED POTATOES & PORK CHOPS 
4 c. thinly sliced, peeled raw potatoes
1 onion, peeled & sliced thinly
1 tbsp. chopped parsley, if desired
3 tbsp. flour
Freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. skim milk

Lightly season 6 medium pork chops - trim off excess fat and brown in skillet. Set aside.

In a lightly oiled casserole, place a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with flour, then place a layer of onions. Sprinkling each layer with flour, alternate potatoes and onions until all are used. Season with pepper.

Heat the milk and butter together and pour over the potatoes. Cover potatoes with pork chops and cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then remove cover and bake another 1/2 hour to brown.
