SCALLOPED POTATOES & PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
8 med. potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can milk (from soup can)

Peel and slice potatoes; boil until tender. Brown pork chops and season to taste. Warm soup and milk in small pan. Place pork chops on top of potatoes and soup mixture that has been placed in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
