SCALLOPED POTATOES AND PORK
CHOPS
 
10 med. potatoes, scrubbed
6 pork chops
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 c. milk
1/4 c.oleo
Salt & pepper

Slice raw potatoes and arrange in 9"x13" cake pan. Chop onions and sprinkle over potatoes, salt and pepper mixture and dot butter. Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes. Mix soup and milk together, then pour over entire mixture. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees or until done.
