3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 c. melted butter
1 grated lemon rind
1 sm. jar jam (any flavor)

Mix all ingredients but jam. Spread 3/4 dough on bottom and sides of a greased jelly roll pan. Spread jam on top. Crumble remaining 1/4 dough and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 27 to 30 minutes.
