CREAM CHEESE DANISH 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla

Unroll and spread 1 package crescent rolls in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat remaining ingredients together and spread over rolls. Cover with remaining package of crescent rolls. Beat egg whites. Spread on top. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
