MOM'S BLUE CHEESE COLE SLAW | |
8 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 8 tsp. sugar 16 oz. sour cream 3 (4 oz.) pkg. crumbled Danish blue cheese 1-2 lb. shredded cabbage (approx. 8 c.) Combine sugar, salt, vinegar, sour cream and blue cheese. Pour cheese mixture over shredded cabbage, mix thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 1-2 hours. |
