RONI'S DANISH PASTRY | |
1 c. sifted flour 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. cold water 1 c. hot water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sifted flour 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Jam or jelly Crumble 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup butter together and add cold water. Roll and pat onto a non-stick cookie sheet. Boil together hot water and 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat and immediately add flour. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add vanilla. Spread on crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spread jam or jelly on top and glaze, if desired. |
