MARINATED CUCUMBER, ONION &
TOMATO SALAD
 
cucumbers
any type onion (I use Vidalia)
cherry or grape tomatoes
vinegar
olive oil
celery seed
Splenda

Use any amount and any combinations you like most. My family likes it more vinegary than oily, so I use more vinegar -- cider vinegar is better than distilled. Add as much celery seed and Splenda (or Equal) as you like.

The longer it sits (refrigerated) the better it gets.
