3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas, mashed
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13-inch pan well.

Mix eggs and sugar together. Add oil and mix again. Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to mixture. Add vanilla.

Mash two bananas well and add. Alternate flour and water, mixing in between. Pour in to pan. Bake at 350°F for about an hour. Test with cake tester (I use a butter knife) to be sure that the center is not mushy.
