SALSA CRUDA 
2 mild, long chilies, chopped or 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
Half a small white onion, minced or 2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. cilantro leaves
Salt to taste (optional)

In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients. Serve cold as table salsa.
