CHICKEN PEPPERONI CASSEROLE 
12 oz. fettuccine, cooked
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 1/2 sticks butter
2/3 c. flour
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. dried mustard
2 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 lb. Old English cheese, diced
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
6 oz. slicing pepperoni, cut in strips

Saute peppers, onions, mushrooms and celery in 1/2 stick of butter. Melt 2 sticks of butter in another pan; stir in the flour and add seasonings. Gradually add milk and broth and cook, stirring, until the mixture is thick. Add cheeses and stir. Combine sauce with fettuccine, chicken and pepperoni. Pour mixture into 2 greased 9 x 13 inch baking dishes. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. (Freeze one dish and bake at a later date.)

This was really good and I am giving it 5 stars even though I changed the cheese. I don't care for sharp so I used Mozzarella. I will make this again and perhaps even use a different cheese next time.
