WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
8 slices Old English cheese
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. diced white or red onion
1 c. sliced black olives
1 c. wild rice
1 qt. tomatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. med. cracked pepper

Stack slices of cheese and cut in cubes. Mix all ingredients. Pour into Pam sprayed casserole (2 1/2 to 3 quart). Add 1 cup boiling water to top.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn down to 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Should appear dry on top and cheese melted.

Can use 1/2 cup wild rice and 1/2 cup white rice.
