WILD RICE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. wild rice
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2-1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent

Cook rice in salted water until grains pop. Drain and rinse. Put in strainer. Saute hamburger until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in wild rice. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
