CUCUMBER YOGURT SALAD 
5 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
3/4 c. thinly sliced red onion
1 (8 oz.) carton plain lowfat yogurt
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. basil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine cucumbers and onions in large bowl and chill. Combine yogurt and all other ingredients in small bowl. Stir to blend and chill. Pour mixture over cucumber, onion mixture and serve immediately. Serves 6.
