BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, AND
CARROT CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. California blend vegetables, cooked
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. raw minute rice
1/2 c. water (can use water you cooked vegetables in)
1/2 to 1 c. Velveeta cheese

Mix all ingredients in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
