MOIST MEATLOAF YOUR FAMILY WILL
LOVE
 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
2 tbsp. ketchup (Hunts)
1 tbsp. spicy mustard (Gulden's)
1 tbsp. garlic salt (not powder)
1 tbsp. seasoned salt or adobo
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 chopped green or red bell pepper
1/2 chopped onion
1 cup milk (yes milk)
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (I prefer Vigo Italian)
brown gravy mix (optional)

Mix everything, except meat, until well blended. Add meat and mix by hand to make sure it is evenly distributed. Place all meat in 13x9-inch pan and shape into loaf (this turns out better than a loaf pan).

Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Serve with brown gravy, or my hubby's favorite, ketchup!
