JENN'S LOVELY CANDIED YAMS 
Makes a great side dish for the holidays. Very easy too!

1 (28 oz.) can sweet potatoes (large can)
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup mini marshmallows (or more depending on how much you like marshmallows!)

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Drain half the juice from the can of sweet potatoes. Dump out the sweet potatoes and remaining juice in a casserole dish. Pour melted butter over potatoes evenly.

Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle mixture on top of sweet potatoes. Place marshmallows on top of the potatoes. Loosely cover dish with foil.

Bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
