1 gallon apple cider
1 orange, peeled, sliced
4 (3") cinnamon sticks
2 tsp. grated orange zest
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

In a large saucepan, combine ingredients over low heat, bring to simmering. Serve warm in mugs or punch cups. If desired, garnish with additional cinnamon sticks.
