CHRISTMAS WASSAIL PUNCH 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, diluted as directed
1 c. sugar
1 med. size bottle maraschino cherries
Few drops peppermint extract or 2 sticks peppermint candy
12 whole cloves
3/4 c. lemon juice
2 sm. cans unsweetened pineapple juice
2 qt. unsweetened apple cider
Tea or water
6 (or more) cinnamon sticks

Mix all ingredients, except cinnamon sticks and tea. Heat and simmer for 2 hours. When ready to serve, dilute with as much tea or water as desired. Serve hot in mugs, swirling punch in mug a couple of times with a cinnamon stick, if desired. Serves 30 to 40. This will keep refrigerated for 2 weeks, if not diluted.
