STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 chicken breasts
4 slices boiled ham
4 slices swiss cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
4 tbsp. butter

Flatten chicken breasts. Place slice of ham and swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Tuck in and roll up like a jelly roll. Combine crumbs, parmesan and parsley. In baking dish, melt butter on high for 30 - 40 seconds. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumbs. Arrange chicken rolls seam side down. Cook, covered at 70 percent power in microwave for 12 - 15 minutes until done.

Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
