SWEET SAUSAGE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. bulk sweet Italian sausage
1 (15 oz.) can Del Monte whole leaf spinach, well drained
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Hot cooked spaghetti or linguine

Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Brown in hot olive oil in a large skillet. Drain well. Add tomato sauce to meatballs; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done. Serve over spaghetti. Yield: 6 servings.
