1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 4-6 stalks celery, chopped 2-4 carrots, chopped 1 clove garlic, mashed 1/2 lb. bacon 2 eggs, whipped with 1/2 tsp. soy sauce & scrambled Any other meat desired, cut into sm. pieces 1/4 c. soy sauce Minute Rice (as many servings as you want) Prepare rice according to box directions for servings desired, minus 3 teaspoons water; set aside. Dice bacon and fry with garlic, at this time also fry other meat you may desire. Pour off excess grease. Add vegetables to bacon and fry until slightly tender (soft crisp). Add soy sauce and rice. Heat and add egg. |
