MARY'S FRIED RICE 
1 c. rice
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
Soy sauce to taste
2 or 3 green onions, chopped
2 eggs
Meat, pork, steak or ham already cooked

Brown rice in oil; add water and bouillon. Cover and simmer until almost done. Beat eggs and pour over rice; let egg cook then stir in meat and soy sauce. Add onion just before serving.
