FRIED RICE 
1 tbsp. oil
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. bacon bits or other small pieces of cooked meat (optional)
2 tbsp. Maggie Gin sauce or soy sauce

Heat oil in frying pan or wok over high heat until hot. Add vegetables and stir fry for one minute. Add rice, bacon bits and Maggie gin or soy sauce. Continue stirring until mixed well and heated through. Makes 4 servings 1 cup each.
