TURKEY LASAGNA - EASY 
Can be made without the turkey.

1/2 to 3/4 lb. lean ground turkey - Pam spray
1 large jar (low salt and low sugar) spaghetti sauce
16 oz. Polly-O nonfat Ricotta - ground Parmesan
16 oz. Polly-O nonfat shredded Mozzarella
1 box NO BOIL LASAGNA noodles (green-red Bok)

1. Spray saucepan with Pam. Brown ground turkey until done.

2. Add jar of spaghetti sauce - saute for a short while.

3. In lasagna pan - layer noodles and meat sauce according to directions on the noodle box - follow directions exactly for layering Ricotta and Mozzarella.

4. Top with ground Parmesan - cover with tin foil and cook according to directions on the noodle box. Remove foil after 25-30 minutes - cook until cheeses are melted.

5. Cool 10-15 minutes before cutting! Serve with salad with fat free dressing.
