CHEESE - TURKEY LASAGNA 
12 lasagna noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 c. diced cooked turkey
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. coarsely chopped black olives
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
5 c. shredded American cheese, some cheddar if you prefer

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

Combine remaining ingredients except American cheese. Spread 1/4 of turkey mixture over bottom of 14 x 8 1/2 lasagna baking dish. Alternate 3 layers of noodles, turkey mixture, and American cheese, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

NOTE: May be made ahead and refrigerator until ready to bake. Add 15 minutes baking time.

This exact recipe has been a family favorite 'use up the leftover turkey' meal. I even make it for company. It freezes well too. Nice to have this made after Thanksgiving as there is ALWAYS a day near Christmas we need a dinner. Add a salad and bread and voila! Company dinner...
