MEXICAN TURKEY CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. hot Mexican Velveeta
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. pkg. ground turkey
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 can green chilies, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Melt cheeses in microwave. Add chili powder, green chilies, garlic salt, salt and pepper; mix. Set aside. Meanwhile, brown ground turkey and onions until tender; drain any grease. Mix in meat mixture with cheese mixture. Reheat slightly if needed. Serve with tortilla chips.

This can also be made in a crock pot and served directly from these for picnics! Enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
