TURKEY LASAGNA ITSA JAN'S 
32 oz. Prego with mushrooms
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. dried basil
Ground turkey
Salt and pepper
Lasagna noodles (12)
1 1/2 c. chopped fresh spinach
6 oz. Light & Lively brand cottage cheese
24 oz. low moisture part-skim shredded Mozzarella

In a large non-reactive saucepan combine Prego, tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and basil. Cook over low heat.

In a skillet cook ground turkey, drain and chop. Salt and pepper to taste. Add turkey to sauce and cook over low heat for 1 hour.

While sauce is cooking, prepare lasagna noodles as directed on package. Drain noodles.

In a lasagna pan put a layer of sauce on the bottom. Layer noodles, spinach, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and sauce. Repeat layers 3 times. On top noodle layer sauce and Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
