GLORIA'S TURKEY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked
20 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
16 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce (any style)

for Vegetarian, omit turkey.

Brown turkey; add to spaghetti sauce. Layer ingredients in 9x13 inch casserole dish in following order: 1/2 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/2 spaghetti sauce with turkey, cottage cheese, 1/2 lasagna noodles, 1/2 spaghetti sauce with turkey.

Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil, cover with grated cheese. Bake 15 minutes more until cheese melts. Serves 12 or 6 if they want seconds!
