FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
2 eggs 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 can fruit cocktail 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/2 c. pecans 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 stick butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk Mix eggs, powdered sugar, brown sugar, cocktail, soda, vanilla and flour. Beat; pour into pan. Top with pecans, coconut and brown sugar. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Mix together 1 stick butter, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup evaporated milk; boil 2 minutes. Pour over cake. |
