FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE AND ICING 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 egg
2 c. sugar
1 can fruit cocktail

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter = 1/3 c.
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

For icing: cook the first 3 items on top of stove for 10 minutes or until thick. Then add pecans and coconut and vanilla. Mix with first 3 items after being cooked and spread on cool cake.
