FRESH FRUIT AND CREAM PARFAITS 
SAUCE:

1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

FRUIT:

1 c. strawberries
1 c. blueberries
1 c. grapes
Mandarin oranges

In small saucepan combine gelatin and water, let stand about 1 minute. Stir over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved. Add whipping cream, cool slightly. Using a wire whisk or fork stir in sugar, sour cream and vanilla.

Layer fruit in individual dishes and pour cream to desired level over the top.
