LIGHT CHEESE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper

LIGHT CHEESE SAUCE:

1 c. non fat plain yogurt
1/4 c. dry non fat milk powder
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg white
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. (1 oz.) grated low fat Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Place potatoes and onions in a steamer basket. Cover and steam for 8 minutes. Place half of potatoes and onion in a baking dish sprayed with Pam. Pour half of sauce over vegetables.

Add rest of onion and potato. Cover with rest of sauce. Mix bread crumbs with seasonings, sprinkle over dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
