SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH CHEESE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Dash pepper
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 tbsp. butter
Dash paprika

Stir soup until smooth - add milk and pepper. In buttered casserole dish alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sauce, and cheese. Dot top with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Cover - bake at 375 degrees for one hour - uncover, bake 15 minutes more.
