SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH CHEDDAR
CHEESE
 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c.milk
4 med. potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch slices (4 c.)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 sm. onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Empty soup into 2 quart casserole. Stir in milk gradually. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and microwave on High 20 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Let stand covered 5 minutes. 235 calories per serving. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
