MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar to them. Press into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan firmly. Reserve some crumbs for garnish. Blend thawed orange juice and condensed milk. Stir in Cool Whip and mandarin oranges. Fold in - DO NOT BEAT. Pour mixture over crumb crust. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
