1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, chopped and juices

Combine all ingredients, except oranges and juice. Blend well. Then add oranges and juice; mix slightly. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until cake is done and pulls away from pan (30 to 40 minutes). Cool thoroughly.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice

Mix together and spread on cake thickly.
