PEA - PICKIN' CAKE 
1 pkg. golden butter cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil

FILLING:

20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
6 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Combine ingredients and beat until oranges are broken and mixture reasonably smooth. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Allow to steam a few minutes. Remove to racks to cool.

Make filling and frosting by combining 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (drained), 6 ounce package instant vanilla pudding, and an 8 ounce carton Cool Whip.
