PIG PICKIN' CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box yellow cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice)
3/4 cup vegetable oil

FROSTING:

1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained well)
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix

Blend cake ingredients together and bake in TWO round cake pans at 350°F for 20 minutes. Let cakes cool and split them in to TWO so you have FOUR cakes total (thread, cake cutter or floss works best to do this).

Mix frosting items together and frost and layer cake. Store in the refrigerator

Makes 1 frosted (4 layer) cake.
