1 box Duncan Hines Butter cake mix (or equal)
1/2 c. oil or 1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, use juice

Beat first three ingredients; fold in juice; add oranges. Bake 350 degrees, 35 minutes, 9x12 pan; 20-25 minutes, two 9 inch layer pans.

ICING:

3 oz. box vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. carton Cool Whip (Lite)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix together. Spread on cake - top, sides, between layers. Refrigerate.
