PIG PICKIN' CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can undrained mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. whipped topping

Combine cake mix, undrained mandarin oranges, eggs and vegetable oil. Pour into 3 greased and floured, round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and remove from pans.

ICING: Mix dry pudding and undrained pineapple. Fold in whipped topping. Spread between layers, on top and sides of cake. Place in airtight container and refrigerate several hours. Best if allowed to stand a day or two before serving.
