1 box butter cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix together and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan according to the box. Cool cake to just warm, pour 1 large can of crushed pineapple over cake. Mix 1 small box of vanilla pudding (instant) according to box. Pour this over pineapple and chill. Before serving, top entire cake with Cool Whip. If desired, bake cake in layers, mix drained pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip together and frost as you would any layer cake.
