MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
Combination of lettuces (iceberg, leaf & spinach)
1 purple onion, sliced thin
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Toss all together, crumbling bacon. Top with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. salad oil

Boil vinegar and celery seed. Cool. Blend sugar, onion, salt, mustard and oil. Blend in vinegar mixture last. Chill until ready to toss salad.
