SPINACH MANDARIN SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (3 oz.) bag slivered almonds

Wash and dry spinach. Tear into bite size pieces and put in large bowl. Add oranges and almonds to spinach and toss with Sesame Dressing. Serves 8.

SESAME DRESSING:

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce
1 c. oil; olive or corn oil
2 to 3 tbsp. sesame seeds may be toasted
