SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 raw med. size potatoes, sliced
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. diced onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Arrange potatoes and onion in greased casserole. Make sauce by combining milk, butter, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Cook until smooth. Pour over potatoes. Bake 90 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
