HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) shredded potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13 pan. Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes; drizzle melted butter over all.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 minutes.
